FERMA (Federation of European Risk Management Associations) will hold its 2024 Forum onRisk Management and Risk Management. Forum 2024 from October 20 to 22 in Madrid. An important event which, of course, will be attended by Delonia, which is also a sponsor of the event. The Forum’s motto will be: join the risk revolution. The 2024 edition will be special because this year FERMA celebrates its 50th anniversary.
“The FERMA Forum is the place to anticipate what is to come.We will explore global trends and their impact on Europe and our organizations. We will reflect on how risk managers can navigate this new era and how risk strategies are evolving or should evolve. We will discuss with our partners new approaches and solutions to jointly build a sustainable, innovative and resilient business ecosystem,” explained Charlotte Hedemark, president of FERMA.
International networks and business opportunities
The figures for the European Risk Forum 2024 are spectacular: 2,000 delegates, more than 55 exhibitors, and more than 60 speakers, plus at least 20 sessions and round tables. The meeting will be an opportunity to create international networks and explore new business possibilities. On Sunday, October 20, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., there will be a welcome reception and celebration of FERMA’s 50th anniversary at the Galería de Cristal (Palacio de Cibeles). On Monday, October 21, at the IFEMA facilities (Feria de Madrid), in addition to the multiple workshops, at 17:45 there will be a Connecting for Resilience meeting. Finally, on Tuesday, October 22, at 10:00 the activity for young risk professionals will begin. The Leadership Launch talk, which will start at 14:00, will offer the opportunity to listen to CEOs share 5 minutes of their ideas, insights and inspiration for the future. At 18:00 we will have the Summary Remarks session and award for best presentation. At 20:00 the Forum 2024 will be officially closed at Las Ventas, an eye-catching finale for which the event is already sold out.
José María CorsinoPartner & Founder at Delonia, will participate as a speaker in the area dedicated to Insurtech, on Monday, October 21 at 15:00 and Tuesday at 10:00. His interventions will deal with aspects of Information Technology with respect to risk management.
